Kaidance
Patient Experience Specialist
Kaidance is the friendly face you’ll see at our front desk and the voice you’ll hear when you call the office. She loves connecting with our patients and helping make every visit a great experience. Outside the office, Kaidance enjoys fishing, spending time outdoors, and settling into life as a new homeowner.
Rachelle
Insurance billing
Rachelle handles all of our insurance billing and keeps things organized behind the scenes at True North. She’s also Brian’s wife and the proud mom of two energetic, adventurous boys who keep life fun and busy. When she’s not helping patients or wrangling paperwork, you’ll find her camping, spending time with family, or enjoying the great outdoors.
Darrin
Licensed Massage Therapist
Darrin spent 21 and a half years in the US Navy. The first 15 years were spent on active duty, and he finished the last six and a half years in the Naval Reserves. While in the reserves, he enrolled in the Arizona School of Massage Therapy (ASMT) in Tempe, AZ. He graduated from massage therapy school in 2004. He is very happily married with seven and a half children (long story), and 13 (for now) grandchildren! He and his wife recently moved from Tulsa, Oklahoma to the Bay City, Michigan area. He believes in not only helping people feel better, but actually to GET better.

Physical Therapy Assistant
Wendy brings years worth of physical therapy clinical expertise to our office to deliver a well rounded skill set to our team. She is well versed and experienced in massage techniques and works hard to meet patients needs.
